Terrible place. My mother is a single mom who was struggling for a short time raising my little brother. And they wouldn’t even give her the few precious photo albums that she asked for despite there being around $150,000 worth of merchandise. Just got rid of/sold it all. Heartless people that I hope get what they deserve.
One thing I truly about this company is that they prioritize their customers over anything. They will do everything possible to make sure that you are satisfied. Great customer service I will say.
