The storage unit was cleaned and empty when I arrived. However, I had difficulty exiting the facility in my 3500 van as my bumper makes contact with the gate before the electronic eye activates the gate. I have contacted the company and will update once they resolve the situation.
So far this has been a terrific experience. Great help today. Thank you.
They have been great in the past.but since local storage took it over and Kim no longer owns it not as good by far.I Was there 3 yrs w Kim never price raise or late payment.but since local took over There's been several rate increases there's no dumpster on site which I see as Lack of customer service nor appreciation for as much as storage cost us anyway.I found a mousd in my unit dead and my mattress damp on bottom So with that being said I'm gonna get my 3 units cleaned up and downsized as I have 3.
