McKenna is the first person I have trusted to wax my brows. I left my first appointment with much less irritation than expected and have been going back ever since. She always takes the time to ask how I like it and make any adjustments I want.
McKenna is AMAZING. I was very nervous my first time going and she made me feel very comfortable. Any time you go you know you will be welcomed with a friendly smile. She always makes an effort to keep the conversation going so it’s not akward. Throughout your wax she always makes sure you are comfortable and if you need a break she will give you that. The services aren’t rushed she really connects with each client. I will NEVER go to anyone else.
I started to go to McKenna when living in Covington, and after moving to Silverton on the OH side, I still go to her monthly. She is amazing. Excellent work & excellent human. I will never book with anyone else again! Her process for booking and rescheduling is also so easy, and she sends just the right amount of reminders prior to your appointment. 🩷
