Just in the Lowes parking lot and two gentleman from this company stopped, got out of their truck and helped me unload. If this is the type of courtesy and professionalism they provide everywhere, then I am going to call them first when I need a landscaping service! Thank you again!
Used them in 2016-17 - Matt McCoy was the owner at that time. poor quality work. unresponsive owner. terrible service. had a harrowing time dealing with them.
Back yard is literally dirt now. Had 3 people from them agree and said they would take of it. They didn't understand how it got like it was. Called, left messages and texted to try to get it fixed. .....nothing. front yard is now starting to get that way. Again, called, left message and texted.....nothing again. When Matt Mccoy had it he would be there that day and our yard was pristine
This is by far the worst company I've ever worked with, hands down. Matt McCoy was the owner we dealt with 3 years ago who was very much on top of this operation...until he sold it to the current owner(s). From that point forward, the quality went down and the excuses went up including no showing visits to do a walk through to discuss the ongoing issues with quality. That should have been my cue.
