Local IQ is a large company with poor customization for local companies. I hired them for over a year and saw no positive results from the money I spent. When I cancelled their service at the end of my contract they continued to send invoices and now, after over a year later, they are still sending invoices. I have requested a copy of my contract numerous times with no reply, but they still know how to send invoices for money I do not owe them. Stay away from this company!!!
We are only about a month and a half in with LocaliQ Memphis since switching from another marketing agency (based out of Canada), so far we have been thrilled with our results for our search ads and the quality of leads we have been getting. Taylor and Titania have been a pleasure to work with and it’s nice to be able to have access to our spend and leads in real time with their platform.
