The location and customer service were absolutely stellar. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The rooms were nice and clean, location in the Gulch was ok too. However the bathrooms/showers wouldn’t mind having some attention.
The reservation was a disaster from the start. There is no on-site staff, so I attempted to call there customer service line, but kept getting their voicemail. The message advises to text them for help. I texted the number with no response. Finally got a hold of someone and it took them 50 minutes to resolve the issue. I finally get into the apartment after 3 hours in Nashville. I get to my room and the shower tile in the bathroom is awful. It is similar to the picture in another review. The location of this loft is great, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the interior was a huge disappointment. It could potentially be a decent extended stay spot, but only because of its prime location. They don’t provide parking, and on top of that, I had to pay a $200 deposit, which I still haven’t gotten back. The place didn’t look anything like the photos on the website, and the overall experience was underwhelming.
