If I could give this place zero stars, I would. When I arrived to pick up my order, the hostess looked at me like I didn’t belong and even lied saying it wasn’t the right restaurant. I left, double-checked next door, and came back only to find out it WAS the right spot all along. She acted confused, unprofessional, and clearly treated me differently for a reason—I believe it was racism. I paid $35 for horrible food on top of terrible service but the lady who took my money was super nice.
I was thinking mission BBQ taste . As a chef myself. I had it once before and it was delicious now I can't say I'll ever come back .
I was very disappointed in the portion size and flavor of the brisket and grits. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place as much as I wanted to.
Whoa, as a African American. I walked in the door and the entire staff looked at me like they did Eddie Murphy in 48hrs. Never ever again. Good luck though.
