The reception staff here are very friendly and non-judgemental, I explained my issue and the lady on the phone told me everything i needed to know in a friendly manner. It was an appointment to get a copper coil fitted, and they even managed to give me an appointment on the same day, even if it was Monday and busy. Really nice Dr who changed my implant over, reassuring and friendly. Good service.
I rang on 31/10/24 at 15.55pm and waited for 10 minutes for my call to be answered. It was answered by a very rude and a unprofessional woman who told me to call in the morning without giving me a reason as to why she couldn't give me a appointment for a implant she then refused to give me her name and put the phone down. I have had twins 3 weeks ago and have post natal depression. I feel very low and wanted to get a implant put in.
A big thank you to the receptionists for making me feel comfortable. I appreciated their kindness. Also a huge thank you to my doctor for making me feel supported, listened to and helped me with my issues. She was also nice enough to offer me extra support which was extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel judged or awkward.
