Nestled in historic downtown McKinney, this restaurant has great driveup appeal. The menu is quite different with a variety of meat options. You can order seafood, steaks, ribs, burgers, and salads. My wife ordered the shrimp and grits, which came with a great sauce. While she didn't care for the sauce, I thought it was tasty. However, I wasn't a fan of the corn grits. I had the 6oz Wagyu sirloin. It was a beautiful cut, but it lacked seasoning. The star of the show was definitely the smoked onion dip and homemade chips
Holy cow I never cursed after taking a bite but I did today! I got the chicken fried steak lunch and Marry me cocktail and idk how else to describe it other than…. WOW. Joseph was our server and bar master, and he was one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time, coming from the service industry myself! If I could brag about the food and brag about the service and give them both 10 stars, well there you have it. I don’t often AT all write a review, but the FOOD, the staff, the atmosphere are ALL beyond words.
Our waiter Joseph was awesome! Whenever we had a question he had an answer or a solution. He was always attentive even when he was busy with his other work and orders. The food was delicious and I've never had had anything quite like it before!
The worse I have ever eaten it was dry offered very little sauce They gave me dried out green green beans never heard of that always some kink of baked beans would never go back was also pricey
