Rcent staff was very bad. I had been a customer of this pharmacy for a long time.The Pharmacist named Ayesha and one Asst. Pharmacist (Spanish Speaking) with her had been very irresponsible and unpolite. They had been in this branch till last week. They delayed my prescription for many days unnecessarily , I was so much frustated that I had to tranfer my prescriptions to Kroger Pharmacy.
I had been waiting for my prescription for my mom for over six weeks. Local Way Pharmacy kept stating there were insurance issues involved which I patiently waited to be resolved. They finally said they had everything worked out and they would mail it. Well they never mailed it or called me to let me know what was going on with the delay. When I called two weeks later to see why we didn't get it, they had another excuse concerning insurance and said they would call me which I know is not true.
