Local Waste Services, provides excellent services for waste management and bulk pick up. They always show up when scheduled for pickups and return within a day on anything missed. Carson Dehays is always responsive to customer needs. Same with all the customer service and account representatives at LWS. Sue Kwadrat, PM at SBS Management

I would and have recommended Local Waste to family and friends. I've been a customer for over 10 years now. Absolutely no complaints what so ever. When you call into the office with a question or to schedule a large item pickup, they're always very courteous and willing to help. Their drivers are always courteous and respectful of my property. In the last 40 years I have always had to depend on an independent trash collection company, being with Local Waste has been a very comfortable fit.

i was an employee there & when u call customer service people will lie that theyre the supervisor when theyre not. laid me off because over staffed by 1 guy that they wanted to bring back after i was there for 1 month and was a good employee and promised to call me in a couple months but never did. thought they were very unprofessional. the owner would scream and cuss and slam doors all the time.

Local Waste service is incompetent. We have many animals in the neighborhood. So I bought a large rubber-made container to put the trash in; to keep the pests from making a mess; they have picked it up as trash too. Then for approximately a month and a half to two months they neglected to pick up my trash, forcing me to dispose of it at my business dumpster and leaving it through the week for the animals to scatter. I called in to start service at my home. Kyle and Anthony were so nice to me on the phone. They told me if I had any questions call at anytime. I have been with them for six months now and have had great service.

For residential waste Local Waste is terrible! They took a kitchen trash can I put out that fits in a stainless steel one. Prior to this I had put it out and it was fine. When I called, the drivers denied it. I asked to speak to someone higher up, they were to return my call. Did not return. Several weeks later I came home with the cans thrown all over the yard and street even blocking my drive. I called and was able to speak to the person that was to return my calls the first time.
