We rented the property on 103 Retread Dr, Breckenridge and it was beautiful. Everything was as shown in the pictures, all appliances were new and pretty high end. Beds were really confortable, everything was clean, heating worked great. LocalVR staff was friendly and helpful, would totally recommend.
Horrendous customer service. We booked a condo in Breckenridge for a ski weekend. On the morning of checkout, we accidentally left behind one personal bag containing ski gear. The company was contacted within hours of checkout, yet somehow they were “unable to locate the item.” What followed was over a week of vague responses and delays. We were repeatedly told they were “looking into it,” but there was no urgency, no transparency, and no meaningful updates. This company provides such a poor service. We booked a two bedroom condo in Breckenridge (GoldCamp- Unit H118) for 7 days on one of the most expensive ski week with them through Airbnb, mid February, spent 4K on it and the condo’s door does not even lock!! Apparently we are not the first ones reporting this issue. I found some same comments on Airbnb last year about the door not locking.
