An excellent spot for early season skiing at Breckenridge. While you cannot ski-out this early in the season obv, the free shuttle stop is right in front of the apartment and only takes 3 mins to get there from the slopes. Beautiful home. Lots of amenities. Great location for some peace and quiet and some great local trails for hiking. Only suggestion: hot tub would be nice : )

We had a fantastic stay at our property, managed by LocalVR. It had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend in Alma, CO! Pool table, hot tub, a fully stocked kitchen. The check-in and check-out process were so simple. Communication with the host was very easy. The property was spotless. Too many positives to list them all and I can’t think of a single negative!

The folks at Local VR are top notch professionals. This was our first experience with them and they made everything very easy. Communicated well over email and text and were responsive and accommodating when we reached out. I’d love to book through them again for my future rentals. Plus: we had an evening show of the northern lights. (Acknowledgement that this wasn’t planned by Local VR but it seems it almost could have been!)
