The flickering lights were driving me nuts with weekend guests over, but everything works again, even with my Lutron dimmer setup.
The recessed lights were broken, but they work again, and the ceiling patch looks good. Great help while on the road.
Electricians rolled in mid-morning to put in outdoor lighting around my detached ADU. They swapped out the low-voltage transformer no joke, for real it was an easy flat rate job. Lights look solid and brighten up the space way better on this road trip stop. 💕
panel upgrade done while i was stuck on a call, barely noticed em here. showed up just after lunch and didn’t charge extra for the late fix.
Panel upgrade took longer than expected and had a few hiccups. Weather’s nice here though, so no rush getting it all sorted.
