Dr. Serag, Dr. Chen, and Kristel are pretty kool. Dr. Chen won me over by talking about comic book characters. And I’m tickled when they have random conversations like I’m not in the room. lol!
Dr. Serag is excellent! Very gentle and knowledgeable, and does the best work! He takes the time to explain and understand your needs. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with his work! The office is clean, staff are professional and friendly. My whole family feels well cared for. Highly recommended!!!

I’m extremely selective of my doctors. My first impression of doctor (or dentist) office is does the front desk pass with high marks (5/5)? Yes. Extremely professional, courteous + patient. Then, there’s the hygienist + PAs (another 5 ⭐️). As for Dr. Serag—drumroll please: 10/10! He gets double the stars. What an excellent dentist. I highly recommend this office for your dental care. Thanks guys. See you soon!
I am absolutely appalled. A patient of theirs woke up looking like she had been jumped. No assistance offered over the weekend. Would not recommend.
