6/27/26: 1,000,000,000 STARS!!! I had a problem when attempting to add mac and cheese to a large order for our family whereby the function to do so on grubhub added an additional entire order. --- I called grubhub to cancel the order, they were unsuccessful, and was advised the merchant (Local Smoke) had to do so. --- I initially spoke to Julia, very sweet, the one with whom I initially attempted to reconcile my order and my refund. --- Manager Trevor came on and he was awesome! June 2026 Update: I tried local smoke again after a two year hiatus based up on my previous review. We are now down to one star. They FORGOT the cornbread. For the THIRD TIME. This place is a mess. 👎🏻👎🏻 2024: Have been here several times since they opened. Every time I order here, I’m just…whelmed. If you’re getting takeout, double check your food before you leave. They routinely forget items. Beyond that, it’s just what you’d expect from NJ bbq. Drive the few extra minutes to Monty’s.
Omg so good. Got Cuban sandwich and ribs. Definitely a must stop if your into BBQ!
