Place is absolutely horrible. If you like your pulled pork tasting like wood chips with stale bread then you should stop in. Also the mac and cheese could win an award for worst Mac and cheese of all time.
It’s a nice place food is good we went on a Wednesday and they have dollar wings with the option of 8wings or 16 and we ordered the 8 wings but couldn’t split the flavors which we were slightly disappointed with because we wanted to try some variety being our first time Mac and cheese was good and the slider trio aswell definitely recommend the shredded chicken employees also weren’t the friendliest but other then that we enjoyed it
We have tried this place to give them the benefit of the doubt SO many times because it’s really the only BBQ around here. I’ve done eat in, takeout, doordash and disappointed in every single one. Their serving size is abysmal to the price, it’s super greasy, you have to pay additional for any side. They have combo meals but the portions are SO small, especially for takeout. If you are in the area, this is a great BBQ place. Near the river, usually there is a farmer market across the street. Great atmosphere. Service is okay. If you are looking for special BBQ? This is not it. But it is a great place to hang out for locals. I am not sure if things have changed too. I used to recall this place was packed years ago. But when I went here last time, it was empty...
