Brisket was dry. Ribs were tasty. Cole slaw good. Tables were not clean
The ribs were good and moist. Didn't need sauce. The brisket was very dry. Sitting way to long in a steam table.

Not real smoke, brisket is definitely a no go. The ribs were ok.
