First of all, Kendrick, DeMarkus, and Bo were PHENOMENAL! Busted their tails, professional, engaged with the kiddos, they were awesome! The only thing I didn't like wasn't in their control, when we signed up, communication was by text and asked what size truck we needed. I don't have a clue, picked the biggest and said we can bring 2 if needed. The only way to know if it's needed is for someone who does it for a living lays eyes on it. First class service from beginning to end. The owner and his crew went out of their way to make my move low stress. They provided services I wasn’t expecting and adapted without complaint when unpredictable circumstances caused a delay. Everyone I had contact with was polite, calm, and kind. There were no pricing games. What was estimated was what was charged. I would definitely work with them again and would recommend this company without any reservations. Thanks guys.
Wow, what a first class operation! I read great Reddit reviews about Sherpa Moving and gave them a try. The owner Jesse had a can do attitude for my request. The men who moved our house were outstanding. The team of Kendrick, Calvin, Caleb, & DeMarkus took great care protecting packing our belongings. They had great teamwork and packed our stuff like a Tetris puzzle in the truck. They also protected our woodwork and wall corners from damage.
