The gentlemen that came out to pump and inspect my septic tank were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They arrived promptly at 8:00am and was finished by 8:45am. Even the receptionist who scheduled my appointment was wonderful. Will definitely be using them from here on out.
With no thought about any issues, on Thursday evening of April 6, 2023, I heard a gurgling noise in my kitchen and also in the back of the house. Knowing it was a holiday weekend, with about 30 guests expected for Easter dinner, I panicked! But I felt a great relief when I called Local Services and was told I could be scheduled for a septic pumping the next day.
