This place is awful for repair!!! i brought my tear drop trailer for a hatch repair & was told there was nothing they could do!! It's an RV repair.. they do repairs !!! They didn't even have a technician look at it to give it an honest assessment... Some receptionist in service , rudely, told me, like she couldn't be bothered, that it couldn't be done!!!! They are a repair shop.. shame on them!!!
I had a very positive experience with this company. The staff is extremely accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient all while remaining friendly, patient and informative. They took the time to guide me properly and even helped me avoid purchasing parts i didn't actually need, which I greatly appreciated.
