Let me tell you, Mia is WONDERFUL! She is new and you can tell that this is truly her passion in life. I showed her what I wanted and she took her time and gave me the best cut / style I have had in 5 years. Thank you, Mia, for fixing my hair and the wonderful conversation!

If you were to stop into Local Roots Salon, I would HIGHLY recommend getting a haircut or your eyebrows done by Sam! She is so genuine and professional, yet she makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable the entire time you are sat in her chair. This was our first time getting our brows done by Sam and she did an amazing job with all three of us! Not only is she incredibly skilled and detail-oriented when it comes to eyebrow waxing, but she also made the entire experience comfortable and welcoming. Sam and Byron were lovely to have help me with my hair. When I walked in for a quick consult Sam answered all my questions confidently and honestly. She has a lovely personality and really made me feel at home even that small visit. Returning for my appointment, she was so kind and funny, her energy welcoming! We did a hair lightening and she got it my hair to a wonderful shade and the process was gentle on my hair just like I wanted! Definitely a repeat customer!
