Upon emailing Shawn an inquiry about Asbestos removal in our basement bedroom, his email reply stood out next to the 3 other companies we contacted. Instead of quoting us thousands for complete removal, his solution was of low cost, accessible, quick and effective: levelling compound on top prior to laying new floor down. After some issues with asbestos and my other demo contractor bumping me, Shawn came in at no notice to save us by performing a terminal clean and removing my roof (I'm adding a second floor). Their work was great, crews were clean, price was more than fair, and they really worked to accommodate us. Will call them again.
We worked with Shawn and Local Remediation for demolition and asbestos removal of 1950s house we are renovating. They removed all detected asbestos containing material including vinyl flooring/mastic, drywall and furnace ducting with asbestos tape. They were very thorough and went above and beyond what our quote was for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will use Shawn again for any demo/remediation.
