Mike did a great job with both buying a new home and selling our current home. Everything he advised worked well for us. We had multiple offers on the first day of showing our home. We also had some hiccups with buying a new home, but Mike was able to use his knowledge and experience to work through every hurdle. We would use Mike's services again. His ability to navigate challenges and negotiate deals was truly exceptional!
Contacted 3 other realtor. All of them requested huge amounts of money for an already expensive 800k house in Jefferson County. Mike not only helped in reducing this huge market price to 723k but also helped us sell our house in a very simple fashion.
