Edie Leon, the broker/owner is by far the best at helping agents be the most successful, teaches ce classes and how to be efficient and she is very trustworthy. The whole team of agents at the brokerage are good people. I am very happy to have signed with LRA. Before I took my decision, I interviewed with more than 10 brokerages, so i feel like i had a very informed decision.
I’ve worked with a lot of people in real estate, and Edie is one of the best. She’s always willing to help, knows her stuff, and actually cares about getting things done the right way. Coming from a virtual brokerage it's a night and day difference from being in LRA. I went from being a clueless agent not know my right from left to being saved by Local Realty Agency. There is a plethora of knowledge now at my disposal like the Monday Offices classes, Wednesday zoom calls, and now Local Realty University!!!! I mean come on what more can you ask for as a new up and coming agent or vet. LRA is the place to be!!!
