We just came full circle with Beth, Sarah, and Local Realty. Purchased our home back in 2020 site unseen during the COVID craziness. We had to move out of TX and went right back to Local Realty for the sale. I can't recommend Beth enough for either purchasing or selling your home, she is everything you want in an agent - knowledgeable, great communication, and didn't push us to agree to anything we weren't comfortable with. She gave us sound advice throughout both deals and we are lucky to have found Local Realty!
