I took my daughter and grandkids over from the UK for a "last supper" meal before they went home tomorrow. We have eaten here many times and I was looking forward to a nice family dinner experience and we were very disappointed. Entrees came about two minutes after Appetizer hit the table and everything seemed to be about "table turn" rather than customer experience. So many plates on the table we had hardly room to move. When spending over $150 I do not expect to feel rushed out of the door. Do better.
