Hallie has been managing my property so well over the past year. It has been so easy to not worry about anything knowing that she is taking care of it. I can not express how bad Local Property Team is at managing a property. The first time they entered my house, they broke a window blind and flat out refused to accept responsibility even though it was on video. Then refused to fix it until a breach notice was filed. Refused to fix a broken door lock until a breach notice was filed. Arrived at a open home without keys and blamed the tenant. Refused to action a water leak for 4 weeks which caused the garage to flood and damage the flooring. Left a lock box for keys but didn't... read more

Don't trust an agent that turns up to your house and expects to do a video if your home without permission. I gave explicit instructions not to do a video. Don't trust this agent

Polite, caring, friendly all round very nice ladies to speak too. So nice and easy helpful company that cares about the people who have had a tough life and they are humans that care about other humans. Smaller companies are so much better to deal with.
