They are a scam. They never fix any issue and always put the blame on the tenants. They only give you good pictures of the property and while vacating they click pictures which was not there when you rented and will ask for money to refurbish the house. Abusive and unprofessional behavior also. I definitely did rent a property from you. I have all my documents also.
Very upset for the poor service. Especially for the car park, notice everyone must to put all your enquiries on the contract
Had an inspection cancelled via email no text or phone call. I contacted the office and spoke to Lachlan who said on the phone "well what do you expect our agent Carlos could not make it, do you expect him to turn up with the flu?" and then added "sorry but we not gonna change the way we do things just for you".
