The technician discovered a lot of dust and debris inside my furnace, which had been producing odd noises. They cleaned the furnace thoroughly and inspected the coils and blower. For added safety, they put a UV light and cleaned the ducts. Impressive outcomes included improved airflow, silent operation, and the elimination of the burning smell when the heater turns on.

Webber is a hard working and dedicated individual. We hang out every other weekend it seems like and all he is interested in talking up is his work and what he has learned. I know he will do very well and continue to learn as much as he can and keep his customers happy!

Trevor performed an air duct cleaning and showed us how much dust had gathered over the years. He vacuumed, brushed, and cleaned the vent grilles. He then advised a coil cleaning because our air conditioner had been failing to chill properly. It made a significant difference; our electric bill fell the next month. He also left everything clean.

Wyatt immediately observed that the air return was vibrating strangely. Upon inspection, he discovered a small plastic bag that had somehow gotten sucked in. It was partially restricting the airflow, causing the system to work harder. After cleaning the entire ductwork, the noise went away, and our electric bill dropped the next month. Unexpected and great.
