We’ve had our pool for over 13 years now, and when we urgently needed a replacement part for our in-floor cleaning system, they went above and beyond. They had it delivered to us the very next day on a Sunday, and a genuine part at a better price than anywhere online. It's rare to find this level of dedication and customer care these days. The team at Local Pools and Spas were fantastic to work with! Their communication and support were exemplary right from the very beginning. We visited the showroom in Smeaton Grange and were very impressed with the pools on display. The team who came to our place were respectful and hard-working - a pleasure to have around! Justin was quick to respond to texts and answer any questions we had! We even received a beautiful gift bag at handover! We would highly recommend Local Pools!
Outstanding service from start to finish! We felt confident in local pools and spas for our new pool. They cared and looked after us from the first viewing at the show room till the hand over.
