I was having a leak in the shower I proceed to removed the cartridge and was clearly damaged—it needed to be replaced.I contacted them and when the technician arrived, everything was already uninstalled, and he brought a new cartridge, as I had previously sent him photos showing the setup and the issue. He installed the new cartridge, and the problem was resolved.
