Karl and the crew responded to a leaking shower head that had a cracked valve body. It was purchased from Ferguson, a Delta brand only 23 months old. It was a warranty repair handled by Local Pro Plumbing of New London in a timely manner! Tiles removed to replace the old valve body and replaced in a timely and professional manner! Highly recommend this company and Delta products for your next project!!!! Thanks again great job!!!!
Carl canceled on us 10 minutes before we were due to have our final plumbing inspection and have the inspector come out. Unreliable and very frustrating.
