Unfortunately, this company disregards its customers’ time. They make appointments to show up but never do. They don’t even call! Just no call no show and when they do, they blame getting stuck on another job. If that’s true, it’s fine it happens but they don’t have the basic courtesy to call and reschedule or let you know they’re running late. There are many other options for plumbers. Stay away from this one.
