John already came highly recommended; but just wow! He was able to pin point a hidden leak, deep in ground, outside on our property with millimeter precision. His communication was excellent and he showed up on the dot. If you want to get the Dexter of leak detection, John is your guy.

John has been instrumental in identifying numerous challenging leaks for us, including both gas and water leaks. On one particular occasion, he even discovered that a window was leaking when rain came from a specific direction.

We have used john a few times in a pickle.. We call John, he actually answers the phone, when he says he will show up he shows up, when he is on the way he gives a heads up.. cant really beat that.. Then the work.. WOW.. the set up.. wow.. Traces, marks and located with prime accuracy. Helped us and our clients on multiple occasions, worth absolutely every cent as without him we need to rip walls down and jack up driveways but he not only finds leaks, due to his tracing he tells us the best way to re run or reconnect/bypass ... read more
