Our technician Nick went above and beyond. Needed spigot replaced and he did it at a very reasonable price and immediately same day on request. Our 8 year old was sick so he knew to call my cell so the dogs weren’t alarmed and then wake up our daughter.
We have a historic home with challenging plumbing. Nick from Local Plumber of Sarasota came and quoted for the necessary repairs, arriving early and gave us a detailed break down of what needed to be done. Got us on the schedule very quickly, kept us informed of when he would be arriving and the job was completed in a timely manner with a smile on his face (not easy after crawling around in a pretty tight, damp crawl space working with PVC, copper and cast iron piping).
