I have been going to Nico Locandro at Local Motion for Physical Therapy on my surgically repaired knee. Having been to other therapists where the therapist may physically work with you for say 10-15 minutes of the hour of your appointment, at Local Motion Nico works with you one-on-one for a full 60 minutes.
