I first met Selah when she worked at a different therapists office. I chose her based on her website profile where she shared her experience with chronic pain. Selah understands what it’s like to live with chronic pain and knows how challenging it is to continually seek out relief. Highly recommend, Local Motion Massage! Excellent atmosphere, clean and professional. A different experience than I’ve had with other massages. Selah took the time to help me understand how my body works what was causing “trigger points” and exercises to do during the week. It’s was like going to a massage and physical therapy all in one!
