I had horrible muscle spasms in my neck right before I was supposed to leave for a long roadtrip. Selah was able to see me right away. I was a first timer and she happily took the time to explain what she was doing. She was able to fix me enough to go on the roadtrip with my pain under control. She also gave simple recommendations to help prevent and manage spasms in the future. Go see her and thank me later!

I have been three times First time my back was tight enough it hurt to sit on a chair and move my legs. After the session there was no pain 100% change. Second time my neck was tight enough at the base of my skull that my hearing was 80% impaired and it felt like I had pressure in my head. After the session I had 90% of my hearing back, the pressure in my head was gone. I’ve been seeing Selah for massages for over two years now, and she’s honestly the best. She always finds the areas that need the most help—usually my shoulders.
