I have been three times First time my back was tight enough it hurt to sit on a chair and move my legs. After the session there was no pain 100% change. Second time my neck was tight enough at the base of my skull that my hearing was 80% impaired and it felt like I had pressure in my head. She knows exactly how much pressure and where to focus when my neck and shoulders are causing discomfort. I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed every time.
