I rented a unit at this location for one year and several months and had a mixed experience. The physical space was clean and easy to access by elevator and stairs. I felt my belongings were secure. I asked that my contact renew for a period of three months after the original contract expired, but they renewed it for an entire year. They modified the renewal when I brought it up, but I was still on the hook for the whole year of insurance, around $150. This storage unit is in a prime location - easy to access through the Statefarm door. The email with instructions were easy to follow and my unit was easy to find!
