The worst storage company in New York! I’ve never missed a payment, yet today they put an extra lock on my unit without any notice, blocking me from accessing my own belongings. When I tried to contact them, they repeatedly hung up on me. All I want is to cancel my subscription, but they refuse to respond. Absolutely unacceptable!
