The worst storage company in New York! I’ve never missed a payment, yet today they put an extra lock on my unit without any notice, blocking me from accessing my own belongings. When I tried to contact them, they repeatedly hung up on me. All I want is to cancel my subscription, but they refuse to respond. Absolutely unacceptable!
The storage area is very clean. It's very organized, it was the perfect size for what I had to store. I would have given 5 stars, but the location of the lockers were a bit confusing. They are located in a building with other offices and businesses. The guard had no idea what floor the storage was on. After the confusion, we found the storage. There need to be more information provided as to what floor it is located on. The directions need to be more clear. Other than that fiasco, this storage is perfect.
