If I speak to them on phone or email they always ask if I'm satisfied before hanging up . They also have other locations in different boroughs. Nearby. Safe. Secure. That's all I looked for, for a very small storage space. I've had it for about half a year and I really thought I'd just need it for a couple of months, as it's just month-to-month but it's been SO convenient that I'm going to keep it. Whenever there's some small thing and I contact the customer service, they take care of it right away. Great option for self storage as it's easily accessible within minutes without need for a car, allowing us to keep daily items here to avoid having clutter in apartment. Much preferred over full storage units held an hour drive or subway ride away which is as good as in the trash. Never had any issues with the unit itself either.
The whole experience with local locker has been very easy. From renting a locker to communicating with the team. The premise is very clean. They have multiple size units, when I outgrew my first one it was easy to swap to a larger one. The location is super convenient for me
