I have been very happy with my experience at LOCAL LOCKER NYC. EZ SignUp, Online. The Staff / Team Communications are Addressed in Timely Manner.
The WORST customer service EVER. Had an appointment to visit the place, no one showed up and they forgot to send me instructions to enter. Both doors were open so ANYONE could enter. The place looks really unsafe, wet floors, just a light wire net as a ceiling of the units. Doors don't close automatically behind you so very easy to leave them open. Tried to call their support number for more than 30 minutes no one answered.
Great service! Was so easy to get a tour (just book it online) to see the facilities. Well-maintained space and easy to access. I think we’ll probably be long term clients!!
I'm currently renting 2 spaces with Local Locker. The space is clean and convenient. The customer service has been outstanding with almost immediate reply times and they have been very accommodating with any requests. Perfect size options for short or long term storage needs in NYC.
Local Locker is so convenient and easy to use. If you ever feel like there just isn’t enough space in your closet, than go online and book a reservation fast, easy and inexpensive!!! Why not have a little extra secured space you can call your own in the Big Apple!? There’s always someone available to communicate with for any of your concerns either via email or phone as well!!
