I currently have two storage units and have had no issues at all. The facility is clean and well maintained. Whenever I’ve had a question, customer service has been helpful and easy to reach. Overall, I have had a great experience.

Local locker has been the easiest / most seamless storage unit experience I've ever had. The systems they have are great and my things are secure and taken care of. I really appreciate all the years I have been able to store my stuff with them.
So far so good. Was easy to check out the space and rent it. Close to Where I Liev.
Great to have an easy storage solution so close! Easy elevator access and the operating hours are pretty decent given it's in the basement of a residential building. Recently switched units and the process was easy and customer service was quick to respond.
