Straightforward and easy process to obtaining a unit. I was stranded and needed to switch storage units due to a snow storm. Made one call, few clicks and I was good to go. Very affordable as compared to other units in Syracuse. They have a secure system as well. Overall satisfied.
Convenient Storage place for Syracuse area residents. We used it for storage for our local university student. Pros: Great value, excellent location, easy parking and unloading space. Cons: no on-site help (had an instance where the electronic locks were not working and it took multiple trips to resolve) or on-site carts to move stuff. It is in a weird location but easy to access once you know where it is. Overall I would recommend and will continue to use.
