Super easy to set up online - had access to the unit within hours. The location next to the Federal Reserve is very convenient for FiDi. Great service!
Super easy self-guided process. Not the fanciest storage unit, but gets the job done and everything is super straight forward.
Experience with a storage company was OK. Everything is pretty much online. I was calling the facility a couple of days prior to renting and did not get an answer back. I finally had to follow through with renting the unit because I was o a time crunch. Unfortunately, in those few days, the fee increased drastically. I have reached out to management, but have not received a response.
