Update 4/20/2025 Access hours says until 9:30pm, but at 8:30pm, the elevator isn't allowing access to the basement. Had to leave all my stuff in the lobby until the next morning. Update: So they ended up clearing out the unit within a day. Changed the rating for their quick response and action towards resolution. Went to put a lock on my unit. Update: So they ended up clearing out the unit within a day. Changed the rating for their quick response and action towards resolution. Went to put a lock on my unit. My storage was filled to the top with stuff from another tenants stuff. Upon inspection, there were heorin needles in some of the cases belonging to the previous tenant. It's the most affordable option for storage in the area, but this will probably need to be addressed. Still waiting to see how they'll resolve my storage issue.
