My experience with Local Locker has been nothing but great. The sign-up process was easy, the facility is clean and well lit, and communication has always been smooth. After more than two years, I’m now seriously considering upgrading to a bigger locker—that says it all!

My experience with storage locker has been great. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access. The staff has been friendly and helpful. One downside , which is why does not get 5 starts, no garbage bin

Very convenient location, and a very hands-off staff if you prefer not to be physically monitored entering/exiting. Some room for improvement would be routine sweeping of the entry stairs and less random pricing of units. I moved into a smaller unit to save money and the rent was raised within ONE month without explanation, resulting in a rent price that was almost the same as my larger unit. Email communication is just ok, not great. You never know whom you are communicating with and can never speak to an actual human.
