We approached graham legal for advice on a residential building contract with a franchise builder. Very glad we did, in a 2 day turn around, Phillip prepared for us a 29 page summary document detailing all the risks and issues with the contract. He was very methodical, patient, and gave us the appropriate advice we needed to make the right decision with our build. Highly recommend.
