Local Hero was called out by my warranty company to address the issue with my sprinkler system. My sprinkler timer is inoperable so the sprinkler unit is leaking when I manually turn it on. Because of this, the technician should have changed the unit from electrical to manual. When I pointed this out to him he stated he didnt know the timer was broken until after he changed the heads, but that is not true. I advised him when he arrived and asked what the issue was.
