Compared to the last HVAC company I used, this technician was more thorough, taking an hour to identify a clogged drain line as the reason for our A/C inefficiency. He carefully cleared it out and performed routine maintenance checks ensuring everything else was functioning properly before he left

Although the initial company advised a complete replacement without detailing alternates, this second opinion provided a nuanced assessment and suggested an upgrade to the existing setup instead, which was completed over two days with all vents calibrated for balanced heating. The technician's attention to detail contrasted sharply with my prior experience, where no effort was made to optimize the system's efficiency beyond installation.👍
The initial estimate was higher than expected, but they were able to fix the issue in about an hour by replacing a faulty thermostat relay. It's been a week since the repair, and the HVAC has been running smoothly without any further problems.
Efficient maintenance; A/C runs smoother now.
