I would not recommend this company to anyone they came to my mom's house she has dementia i told all the men this that thry had to deal with me they came here and b.c mom's heat was blowing cold they put in a thermostat charged her 650 tild her they be bsck when they came back they went out side then told us parts was missing thats funny it wasn't missing when you were here before they said they be back to finish the job but never came back when I left several messenger with no reply I realized we got took big time when afte... read more
Our heat wasn't working properly, and with it being so cold out it was dire that we got it looked at. We called, and they had Landon out quickly. He was very nice, efficient, and timely. Price was very affordable as well. Will definitely use again in the future if any other issues arise.
Do not call this place to fix your heat pump. I called them to fix mine. They sent a worker out and he said my heat pump needed a control panel and he would get back to me and a day or two. The repairman they sent out named Landon didn't seem too experienced to begin with, even gave me his cellphone number to keep in touch. After several days of not hearing from him, I messaged him. He said the part still hadn't come in but he would contact me when it did. Well I waited about another week nobody called back so I called the o... read more
