I had my second session with Pam today, Somatic and Brain-Based Therapy and I’m truly impressed with the results so far. Cameron Wong is an amazing physio! Super knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me understand my back pain and gave me a solid plan to keep moving! Highly recommend! I'd been to local health before for their yoga classes (which are fabulous) but had no idea they had such an amazing team of health practioners in other disciplines! What a great centre.
